Role Overview

Empresa Reconocida, a leading European manufacturer of steel derivatives, is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to spearhead its commercial efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead commercial objectives for the sales force, driving growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate and resolve complex commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with market trends.
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales forecasts, informing business decisions.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies, optimizing revenue streams.
  • Leverage industry expertise to attract and negotiate key accounts, fostering customer loyalty and expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an MBA.
  • High-level English proficiency, with German language skills desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector, with leadership experience.
  • Excellent internal and external customer orientation, combined with proactivity and initiative.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as leadership and analytical abilities.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
