This exciting opportunity is part of a large-scale recruitment drive, creating new headcount positions that will play a key role in shaping the company's strategy in Spain.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Team Leads to join our client's new Barcelona-based hub. Each Sales Team Lead will be responsible for 10-15 Sales Account Managers, overseeing people management, strategy, relationship building, KPI analysis, and target setting. This role requires taking ownership of quotas, driving performance, and generating revenue.

Key Requirements

  • Sales Leadership - Strong leadership skills in managing high-performing Software Sales teams in the Tech/SaaS space.
  • Budgets & Revenue - Proven track record of managing sales budgets, quotas, and using data/KPIs to drive performance.
  • Client Management & Business Development - Proven ability to win and manage customers in the Tech/SaaS space, including new business development, relationship management, and account management.
  • Software - Experience with sales management tools like Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as internal communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Communication - Excellent communication skills are essential, and applicants must be able to speak English fluently. Preference will also be given to those who can speak multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Dutch, or German.

Compensation and Working Patterns

In return, you'll have the opportunity to take up a strategic role within their Spanish expansion, with a base salary up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognised. You'll work on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week, but they operate a hybrid working model with home working included.
