This role offers a unique blend of sales and business development responsibilities, with a focus on driving growth and revenue for key customers across Southern Europe. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing customer relationships, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, customer meetings, and negotiations.
  • Manage lead/campaign forecasting and execution.
  • Develop and maintain customer data through our systems, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development with key retailers in the grocery channel.
  • Experience in non-food categories, FMCG, or beauty/personal care/hair care is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Goal-focused with the ability to self-manage and build effective customer relationships.
