Job Title: Regional Account Growth Manager - Spain
Location: Madrid, Spain (with regular travel to the East Region)
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead our regional account portfolio in Spain's East Region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with our partners through proactive communication, identifying their needs, and building engagement
- Evaluate, follow up, and report on your portfolio and KPIs periodically
- Develop and execute plans to drive partner growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization
- Ensure Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by delivering the best service to our customers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations (a plus)
- Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry (preferable)
- Excellent local language and English skills
- Strong commercial skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities
