Regional Growth Manager

We are seeking a Regional Growth Manager at CBRE Group, Inc. to lead a team focused on developing local and regional client relationships and driving business growth.
This role is integral to our Sales function, requiring the ability to design and present sales solutions to potential, new, and existing clients.
Responsibilities:- Supervise employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Create comprehensive business plans, including pricing models, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs.
- Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials in collaboration with the pursuit team and local and regional marketing professionals.
- Engage with clients through regular meetings, cultivating relationships and driving business growth.
- Maintain the company intranet site, working with internal teams to ensure its continued evolution and relevance.
- Organize client meetings in respective regions, facilitating effective communication and business development processes.
- Gather and analyze financial data from business lines, reporting insights to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to project management planning for key clients, ensuring timely updates and progress.
- Develop business marketing and business development budgets, tracking and achieving financial and operational goals.
- Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and influencing others to achieve shared objectives.
- Apply expertise in discipline-specific areas, integrating knowledge across teams to drive business success.
- Identify and resolve issues within existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
