The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Tendley Quarries in Cumbria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in and around the region by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting our range of aggregates, sands, asphalt, and specialist aggregates products.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care
- Identify and seize business opportunities for our aggregates, asphalt, specialist aggregates, and sand products
- Evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success
Requirements
- You thrive on identifying and seizing business opportunities and are driven by the challenge of growing sales through strategic business development
- You are focused on generating high-value sales and aren't afraid to seize every opportunity to enhance our business growth
- You are eager to raise the Tendley Quarry brand within your sales territory, ensuring our name is synonymous with quality and reliability
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus
