Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you'll have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with a clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
  • Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
  • Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated leads, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Proficiency in German and advanced English language skills.
  • A background working in the German market.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented approach with a positive outlook and clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
  • A challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
