Account Executive - German Language

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team as an Account Executive, focusing on our German-speaking customers.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support and qualify leads for our sales team.
  • Engage in cold calling and emailing to identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle pre-qualification calls and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Support the development of new processes and ideas to improve our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our CRM system.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales development or business development role.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1) languages.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
