Sales Executive for German-Speaking Clients in Spain

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Spain, focusing on building strong relationships with German-speaking clients.
About the Role:
- Bulk and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, offering tailored advice to meet their needs.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your account portfolio, driving growth and sustainability.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction by understanding their business strategies and staying informed of competitor activities.
- Develop commercial and technical proposals to meet client needs.
- Proactively manage profitability, aiming to exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress and reporting on ongoing activities.
- Respond to incoming customer and partner inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German (oral and written), and proficient in English (B2 level or above).
- Experience: Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in a channel environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to persuade and empathize with clients, comfortable using various communication channels (primarily telephone).
- Self-motivated: A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Sales-Oriented: Passion for driving results and achieving set sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
