Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Speaking Business Growth Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through your exceptional communication skills and negotiation tactics.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to qualify leads from marketing campaigns and data lists, and then contact potential clients through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn to present our products and services.

You will need to be proactive in seeking new business opportunities, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively manage your time to meet sales targets. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R240 000 per annum, plus commission, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be valued, challenged, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and data lists as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Present varying products and services to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our clients
- Report to the Team Leader (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Requirements

- Competency using Computers and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Determination to succeed
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Ability to take feedback onboard and implement it

Must Haves

- Proven work experience in sales or Account Management within a B2B role, either as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with a CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Grade 12
- Excellent German and English and good spelling and grammar
- B2B experience
