About the Role:

Grow-Talent is seeking an experienced Account Development Representative with German language skills to join our client's team in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and closing revenue within your book of business.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in account development or sales, who is fluent in German (C1 level), has strong time management skills, and can analyze data to develop strategic plans. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent written and verbal presentation skills, be able to build relationships, and have a proven track record of setting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

This role involves: Educating accounts on the value of work management platforms Developing and leveraging customer relationships to expand usage with new teams and departments Leading customer outreach processes through calls and emails Building brand awareness and increasing usage and spend with the represented brand Staying up-to-date on product knowledge using client-provided and self-guided training resources Managing and reviewing pipeline data with managers weekly Attaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets Recording customer interactions and engagement in CRM tools Building internal team and external client counterpart relationships Preparing regular performance reviews with internal peers and leadership Providing customer sentiment insights including product feedback and industry learnings.
