Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Commercial Growth Manager to lead our Executive Commitment Team Germany in driving business growth and expansion. Our team builds a network with high-level decision-makers, such as CIOs and CISOs, by actively engaging them to join our exclusive business network, Aurora Live.
Aurora Live offers personalized interactions, understanding executives' interests, business needs, and strategic plans. This tailored approach encourages executives to participate in the network, gaining access to exclusive events, industry leaders, and potential partners for their projects and challenges.
The successful candidate will work closely with our front-running B2B network, delivered in a hybrid format of online and in-person events. They will drive organizational growth, exploring ways to take our service to the next level and lead current and future talents.
This role requires experience in leading commercial sales or telemarketing teams, with a minimum 50% time allocation to own customer work. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with a genuine interest in technology, business trends, and current affairs. Excellent English and native-level German language skills are required.
In this role, you will:

- Lead a team of experienced professionals in achieving targets and exceeding expectations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
What We Offer:
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
