About the Role

The Growth Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies across the Travel Unit business line.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Identify market opportunities and provide insights into market size, trends, and dynamics.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product teams to define growth strategies, including markets, channels, and customers.
  3. Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement customer segmentation criteria and taxonomy.
  4. Taxonomy Governance: Establish frameworks for product, portfolio, and commercial process taxonomy.
  5. Business Partnership: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive commercial growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (STEM/Finance/Economics). MBA is an advantage.
  2. Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in strategy roles at a top-tier company or strategy consulting.
  3. Skills: Excellent business understanding, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
