As a Medical Devices Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in growing and maintaining SI sales revenue for selected products and accounts. You'll work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team, Key Account Managers (KAM), Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), and tender organizations to support sales execution across various accounts.

About This Role

As a Medical Devices Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working proactively on market analytics and research to gain insights into customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Translating these insights into clear prioritization of sales activities.
  • Promoting assigned product portfolios through best practices, clinical or non-clinical evaluations, demos, and product training.
  • Leading price and contract negotiations to close customer deals successfully.
  • Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions and patterns.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A B.A. degree in a business-related discipline or relevant business experience.
  • At least 2 years of remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environments.
  • Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry is optional.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills over the phone.
  • Occasional travel (up to 20%) to selected accounts in the country required.
  • Driving license.

Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and performance.
