Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Baxter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and communicating with customers to understand their needs.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in medical devices and a proven track record of success in sales. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify new sales opportunities and communicate with customers to understand their needs
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales
* High school diploma in Engineering or related field (college degree preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
* Strong knowledge of medical devices and sales principles
