Vantive: Revolutionizing Kidney Care
Baxter is embarking on a journey to separate its ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. This new entity will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to those we serve.
At Vantive, you will become part of a community of individuals driven to improve patients' lives worldwide. As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will identify new service selling opportunities, including Service Contracts, Packages, and parts, while communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical devices, particularly water treatment systems for hemodialysis. You will be responsible for managing sales projects from initial customer contact to delivery, ensuring a smooth sales process and achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling services such as Service Contracts, Parts, and associated service packages
- Selling and managing new projects/installations related to water treatment systems for hemodialysis
- Communicating and understanding customer needs and identifying services and sales opportunities
- Collaborating with Marketing to gain market insights
- Explaining and demonstrating features of service packages and value proposition
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling service packages and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing service sales targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Working closely with Cluster heads to align on progress and sales in the country's organization
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in selling services and consumables
- High school diploma in Engineering; College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Technical knowledge on Medical Devices
- Strong organization capabilities to manage projects
- Strong sales knowledge and abilities
- Flexibility
- Team Spirit
- Languages Required: Spanish, English (Portuguese a plus)
- Availability to travel across Spain and Portugal (40% of total time)

As a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling services and managing sales projects related to water treatment systems for hemodialysis. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of medical devices, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
