Inside Channel Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Channel Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our wide range of products within the iTS Print_Copy_Scan portfolio to our existing and potential channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our products to channel partners through cold and warm-calling, online presentations, and demonstrations.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to encourage sales and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
- Answer incoming channel partner emails and phone call enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that channel partners' queries are answered efficiently.
- Effective use of our company CRM.
- Train channel partners to generate quotations via iTS Pricing Wizard.
- General administration.
Requirements
- Highly driven salesperson with experience in sales negotiation and a self-starter who is eager to learn.
- Experience from within a B2B sales environment.
- The ability to demonstrate a clear sales strategy for the sales product portfolio.
- Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or another technical product is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organization.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is expected as is experience a CRM system.
- Minimum one-year experience in a sales environment is required.
