Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales team at Amadeus is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth through digital sales and automation. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will identify and capture new business opportunities within the DACH territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze local market specifics and identify new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory and/or customer segment.
  • Validate leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars.
  • Use virtual selling tools to deliver engaging business or product presentations.
  • Identify customer-specific needs and deliver informative virtual sessions to present the proposal and guide the customer through the implementation/onboarding process.
  • Create new accounts and log contact details of potential customers.
  • Ensure deal profitability targets are met.
  • Manage and negotiate to finalize deals using various digital communication channels.

Contribution to Sales and Marketing Plan:

  • Support the delivery of the marketing plan by analyzing webinar outcomes and following up on webinar attendees.
  • Participate in the preparation of the quarterly sales plan and identification of target customer and prospect groups.
  • Use virtual selling tools to identify and qualify business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Reporting and Analysis:

  • Report weekly or bi-weekly to the Inside Sales Head on the sales pipeline and campaign progress.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence.

Team Participation:

  • Support new Inside Sales members in their induction process.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and be an active member of the Inside Sales global community.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment using digital tools.
  • Good exposure in data analysis, sales processes, and working with KPIs.
  • Fluency in German and English required, excellent verbal and written skills.
