About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of patients by providing innovative solutions to medical professionals.

Job Description

As a Cardiac Ablation Solutions Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your defined sales territory. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed financial targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinical and administrative personnel
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide technical support to customers, including training and product demonstrations
  • Plan and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other necessary documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Experience in the Electrophysiology field is highly valued
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
