Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Professional to contribute to our mission of ensuring the achievement of planned objectives in optimal conditions of service, quality, and profitability. This role involves developing and managing the customer portfolio of the assigned commercial area, aligning with planned objectives and guidelines from Activity Management. Once contracts or tenders have been negotiated, technical sales delegates are responsible for obtaining the largest volume of prescriptions possible while ensuring compliance with contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of equipment (Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors) in hospitals and patients, adhering to company quality and safety standards in close collaboration with Technical Management.
  • Occasionally train Educators in hospital centers on Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors, working closely with diabetes nurses.
  • Implement technological platforms in hospitals and patients for data download and traceability, ensuring correct implementation of technical specifications (PPT) for tenders in their area of influence.

Commercial Functions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and following up on offers for Hospital Centers and Patients.
  • Negotiating technical/commercial proposals with clients.
  • Identifying and communicating clients' market needs/trends to propose adaptations of Novalab's services or products.
  • Developing their customer portfolio in the assigned area, aiming to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction according to Commercial and Marketing Management policies.
  • Implementing commercial and marketing policy (action plans) with clients in their area.
  • Understanding the market in their area, internally communicating information related to their clients, as well as products, services, and actions of the competition, adequately using the company's information systems.
  • Establishing relationships with local stakeholders, following the guidelines of Novalab's Commercial Management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • University studies in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences, or similar.
  • Experience in sales in the hospital sector.
