**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers in the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of Panasonic's products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in the B2B sector, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. They will also possess a deep understanding of the HVAC market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key stakeholders in the HVAC industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers
- Provide technical support and training to clients on Panasonic's products and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or marketing)
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong understanding of the HVAC market and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
