About the Team
The Enterprise Sales team at Workday supports each other in driving accountability for amazing results and performance. This dynamic team plays a crucial role in guiding new customers towards adopting Workday's innovative enterprise management cloud solutions.
About the Role
This Cloud Enterprise Management Sales Professional will join our Field Sales organization and be responsible for developing strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. Additionally, they will initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and share our value propositions with them. Accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data maintenance will also be a key responsibility.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have around 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You should have a proven track record of negotiating deals with various C-Suite Executives to close opportunities. Your understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry will help you stay up-to-date with trends and customer needs. Experience in engaging in programmatic approaches to generate and develop leads within your territory will also be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage internal team members for account strategies will make you a strong candidate for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The annualized base salary for this position ranges between $136,200 USD - $166,400 USD, depending on location. This role may also be eligible for a bonus plan or a commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. With our flexible work approach, you'll have the freedom to create a schedule that suits your business, team, and personal needs.
