Job Description

The role involves selling products and meeting customer needs through phone communication. This requires social skills, a welcoming nature, and negotiating abilities. You will be responsible for securing orders from existing or potential customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by streamlining the product sales process.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Maintaining customer relationships via phone calls.
  • Providing customers with product knowledge.
  • Effectively managing inbound incidents, such as calls and emails.
  • Collecting information from customers and resolving technical issues.

The Ideal Candidate

">

You should have native-level Danish proficiency and fluency in English (B2). Experience in customer support and technology is required, along with strong computer handling skills and interpersonal relationship-building capabilities. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, being service-oriented, professional, and thorough.

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary package, including a $65,000 annual salary, plus a bonus system, discounts on gym memberships and language courses, 2-3 weeks of paid training, and 39 working hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30.
