Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Allen Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client's connected customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet both personal and business goals.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of the client base within your region.
  • Assist in developing an agreed sales plan to meet both personal and business goals.
  • Responsible for all sales activities from small to medium-sized vehicle fleets, from lead generation through to close.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in Vehicle Camera, Telematics or similar SaaS role is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Demonstrable ability to sell complex and technical solutions.
  • Natural hunter with an element of account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal departments and drive project delivery.
  • Confidence in creating own opportunities through cold calling.
