As a Technical Account Manager for AWS Enterprise Support, you will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing technical support to ensure their AWS environments remain operationally healthy. You will work closely with customers across all levels, from developers to C-Suite executives, to drive new feature development and improve customer capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers.
- Provide technical support to investigate difficult support cases and technical challenges.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
- Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and recommending efficiencies to mitigate risks in customer operations plans and product adoption.
