About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS team in Spain. As a key member of our sales and marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among our largest and fastest-growing customers.

As a TAM, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive customer success and adoption of AWS services. Your technical expertise and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment and drive discussions around incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel, and the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline, OR 5 years of equivalent work experience.
