Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will lead the success of enterprise support customers in building applications and services on the AWS platform. You will work backwards from your customer to define a support strategy, deliver expert advice on AWS services, and provide recommendations through all phases of the cloud adoption life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact to Enterprise Accounts
- Evaluate, analyze and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers
- Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS
- Participate in customer requested meetings
About the Role
