The Role

We are seeking an OEM Sales Specialist to profitably increase our sales and market share in specific disciplines. You will develop and implement a yearly business plan, establishing project and account priorities through thorough reviews of major owners in each segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a yearly business plan consistent with team strategy, achieving market, product, and profitability targets.
  • Establish project and account priorities through thorough reviews of major owners in each segment.
  • Coordinate with line sales and regional management to maximize business results in a collaborative team effort.
  • Target designated accounts, measuring progress through the specification development program.
  • Design and implement strategies to sell the complete line of Victaulic products.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical piping or related sales.
  • Familiarity with the piping business or ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Commercial feeling and ambition, customer-oriented approach, result-driven, competitive, flexible, resilient by nature.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish language, willingness to travel as required (up to 75%).
