**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in Bilbao, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and new customers in the Basque Country territory.

**Responsibilities**

  • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Present sales strategies to management for approval and implementation.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers in accounts and report on them regularly.
  • Increase penetration in existing accounts and develop new product therapies.
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure proper stock control.
  • Plan and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the cardiac ablation solutions market.
