Cardiac Ablation Solutions Sales Development Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in Bilbao, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and new customers in the Basque Country territory.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Present sales strategies to management for approval and implementation.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers in accounts and report on them regularly.
- Increase penetration in existing accounts and develop new product therapies.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure proper stock control.
- Plan and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the cardiac ablation solutions market.
