Cardiac Arrhythmia Sales Director
">About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead our Cardiac Arrhythmia Monitoring sales division in Southern Europe. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing and motivating the sales team, and expanding market share across key territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within prescribed region.
- Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to ensure the attainment of sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions within the Cardiac Arrhythmia domain.
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in cardiology/cardiovascular medical device sales
- A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience managing people and resources
- In-depth knowledge of the Cardiac Arrhythmia market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
