Service Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Specialist to join our team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). As a key member of our Electrification Business Line, you will be responsible for driving service sales processes, generating service sales opportunities, and securing profitable sales within the electrification installed base of customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Penetrate into Installed Base (IB), promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of customers and ABB.
  2. Understand channel strategy and establish related prices, prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
  3. Utilize ServIS database to understand existing installed base and identify and develop sales opportunities for field services, retrofits, extensions, spare parts, digital maintenance contracts within Smart Power and Distribution Solution Service.
  4. Act as marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience doing sales of electrical solutions.
  • Previous experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems and/or experience in the data centers segment would be a plus.
  • Passionate about collaboration and communication, and have a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be highly valued.
  • You hold a current driver's license valid in Spain, and a Spanish work permit.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average annual salary: €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
