Role Overview

Award-winning ABB offers a unique opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Electrification Solutions Sales Professional to join our team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving service sales processes, generating opportunities and securing profitable sales within the electrification installed base of customers. You will focus on Installed Base penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Penetrate into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to benefit both customers and ABB.
  • Understand channel strategy and establish related prices, preparing sales plans and reviewing them as needed.
  • Utilize ServIS database to understand existing installed base and identify sales opportunities for field services, retrofits, extensions, spare parts, digital maintenance contracts.
  • Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of electrical solutions.
  • Immersed in medium and low voltage products in the industry and utilities markets.
  • Prior experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems and/or data centers segment is a plus.
  • Degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly valued.
