Job Description:
We are seeking an Electrification Sales Consultant to join our team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). As a key member of our Service division, you will be responsible for driving service sales processes, generating opportunities, and securing profitable sales within the installed base of customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Penetrate into the Installed Base (IB), promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to benefit customers and ABB.
- Understand channel strategy, establish prices, prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Utilize ServIS database to understand existing installed base, identify, and develop sales opportunities for field services, retrofits, extensions, spare parts, digital maintenance contracts within Smart Power and Distribution Solution Service.
- Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Requirements:
- Immerse in medium and low voltage products in the industry and utilities markets.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of electrical solutions.
- Previous experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems and/or data centers segment is a plus.
- Passionate about collaboration and communication, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly valued.
- Current driver's license valid in Spain, and Spanish work permit.
