Electrification Business Development Specialist

**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of sales experience in electrical solutions for medium and low voltage products in the industry and utilities markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Penetrate into Installed Base (IB), promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions.
- Understand the channel strategy and establish related prices.
- Prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Utilize ServIS database to identify and develop sales opportunities for field services, retrofits, extensions, spare parts, and digital maintenance contracts.
- Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in electrical solutions.
- Previous experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems or data centers segment is a plus.
- Passionate about collaboration and communication.
- Solutions-oriented approach.
- Degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Proficient in Spanish and English, Portuguese is highly valued.
- Candidate must hold a current driver's license valid in Spain and a Spanish work permit.
