We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our IBERIA team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide high-quality customer contracting services, maintaining accurate and complete customer master data.">
  • Review proposed contract contents to assess completeness and ensure compliance with company standards.">
  • Baúckup the Tender Specialist and troubleshoot blockers to sales order processing.">
  • Work closely with sales and pricing teams to facilitate smooth operations, generating accurate and timely customer quotations.">
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.">
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders via email.">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with professional level written and spoken English and Spanish, and knowledge of Portuguese being advantageous.
