The Role
As an OEM Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share in specific disciplines. You will accomplish this by understanding our OEM value stream, utilizing the Victaulic Sales Team Strategy and Goals & Objectives process, and developing a yearly business plan that achieves targets through a uniform, project-driven goals & objectives process.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a yearly business plan that aligns with team strategy and achieves market, product, and profitability targets
• Establish project and account priorities through thorough review of major owners in each segment
• Coordinate with line sales and regional management to maximize business results in a collaborative team effort
• Target a designated number of accounts and measure progress through the specification development program
• Complete account development by designing and implementing a strategy to sell the complete line of Victaulic products

Requirements
You must have a university/college degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of mechanical piping or related sales experience is required, along with familiarity with the piping business and commercial feeling, ambition, and customer-oriented approach. Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and adaptability are essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
