About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced German speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll work closely with B2B customers to ensure their business travel needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive and reactive support to our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships at a 7 Star standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support B2B customers in their business travels
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
• Maintain high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests
• Resolve problems by applying established TravelPerk policies, procedures, and tactics, and thinking out-of-the-box when necessary
• Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer care teams to define and establish best practices
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk

Requirements:
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in the business travel industry is a plus
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
