About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our B2C Customer Care Team based in Barcelona, Spain.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for operating the day-to-day admissions operations and service functions for Kaplan International Languages and Alpadia programs.

You will work closely with direct clients, Sales, Student Support, Summer camps teams, Operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Admissions for direct clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of bookings and student information.

2. Entering student information onto our booking systems and confirming bookings within 24 working hours.

3. Collecting payments and necessary pre-arrival information from clients, such as parental consent forms and travel details.

4. Supporting customers with any inquiries they may have before arrival, via calls or emails.

Requirements:

1. Professional experience in Customer Service and/or Admissions in travel & tourism or language education industry.

2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and German language (C1/C2) with high English language proficiency.

3. Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for customer care and cultural sensitivity.
