Customer Care Agent - German

At SumUp, we're committed to leveling the playing field for small businesses. As a Customer Care Agent for the DACH market, you'll be the voice of our company, supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
  • Optimizing processes related to our customers to increase merchant happiness

Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (German and English)
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently
