Customer Care Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team in the DACH market. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with all inquiries and issues related to our POS solution
- Actively working on process optimization to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Problem-solving attitude and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
