The Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Executive to join our Southern Europe team based in Madrid. As a Strategic Sales Executive, you will focus on new business development in the enterprise customer space. You will drive complex, consultative SaaS sales processes from end-to-end, leveraging your process-driven approach, creativity, problem-solving skills, and solution-selling abilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Run the full sales process within your territory, including pipeline creation, presenting the Yoobic solution, negotiating pricing, and closing deals, with guidance and support from our senior team.
- Target leading brand name clients in the retail, hospitality, and QSR verticals.
- Report on deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to demonstrate the Yoobic platform and present the Yoobic sales methodology.
- Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaigns.
- Bullet Build your territory, identify target accounts, and take ownership of business growth and development.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
