Your Impact

You'll have the opportunity to understand Under Armour's overall business unit and category objectives, as well as strategies for growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing Under Armour revenue with the accounts portfolio
  • Building relationships and delivering first-class service level towards the accounts
  • Identifying and converting business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Preparing and conducting sales presentations at trade fairs and through virtual meetings
  • Negotiating seasonal and yearly budgets with the accounts
  • Ensuring excellent in-store implementation of assortments
  • Analyzing sell-out data to improve mutual business results throughout the season
  • Proactively communicating business results to line managers and overcoming barriers to achieve objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree or higher is preferred, but a bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A high affinity for new digital sales tools
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly valued
  • Very good communication skills in English are essential
  • You should be a team player, comfortable working in a matrix environment, and possessing humility, hunger for success, and unparalleled integrity

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
