About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Cluster Revenue Manager to join our RHG Revenue Team, The Club, in Madrid Office. As a key member of our revenue community, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, driving revenue growth and achieving budgeted objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Understand market dynamics, monitor competitor pricing, and develop effective pricing strategies to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting: Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Inventory Management and Revenue Optimization: Deliver optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments, embracing new systems and tools to maximize revenue.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office, hotel operational teams, and key stakeholders to ensure aligned direction and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics, with 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the hospitality industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with other languages a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferable.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, positive attitude, attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, strong verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills, and a well-organized approach.
