Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Pricing: Understand market dynamics, monitor competitor pricing, and develop effective pricing strategies to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
- Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting: Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Deliver optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments, ensuring maximum revenue potential.
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Understand, investigate, and extract data from relevant systems to drive problem-solving and analysis, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- System Optimization: Embrace and ensure optimization of new systems and tools to maximize revenue, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and build trust.
- Revenue Growth and Forecast Accuracy: Grow total revenue, reach budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration, and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the Hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferable.
- Work Permit: Must hold a valid work permit for EU.
- Flexibility and Positive Attitude: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive problem-solving and revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to build trust and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and drive revenue growth.
