Associate Cluster Revenue Manager

Radisson Hotel Group is a leading hospitality company that offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Associate Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue streams for a designated cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for revenue growth and RevPAR improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Generate accurate revenue forecasts and budgets for assigned hotels.
  • Analyze data from various systems to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and stakeholders to ensure aligned revenue goals and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to build trust and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted targets for revenue growth, RevPAR, and RGI market penetration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, and/or distribution in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems, revenue management systems, and/or distribution/channel management systems is preferred.
  • Valid work permit for EU required.
