Revenue Technology Specialist Trainee

The Revenue Technology Specialist Trainee will play a key role in the development of automation solutions to drive team efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Revenue Technology to deploy RHG Revenue Management Systems and Technologies across EMEA, focusing on the right price @ the right time for the right business via the right channel at the right cost mantra.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and secure the deployment and support of any Revenue Management System and Technologies (IDeaS G3, Duetto, RevPlan, Oaky, etc..) as per RHG objectives and needs.
  • Develop and implement automated solutions or tools in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
  • Define and run any relevant auditing / reporting processes required to support RPA and RMS activities or any defined activities as part of RHG objectives.
Requirements:
  • Passionate in revenue management environment and tools (Previous experience with RMS is a plus).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical challenges with providers.
  • Project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
