Revenue Operations Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Senior Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Team at Merck Sharp & Dohme (Msd). In this role, you will report to the Commercial Operations Director and play a key part in transforming our go-to-market model to drive efficacy and productivity in revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Break down and analyze revenue and net sales data to determine average selling prices and ensure products and accounts meet financial commitments.
- Identify risks and opportunities within business performance to inform business decisions and maximize revenue.
- Calculate accruals by product, account, and commercial value offering, ensuring accurate and timely payments based on performance, aligned with MCASS and SOX criteria.
- Extract valuable insights from large datasets using data analytics functions, supporting business units in their decision-making processes.
- Define order limits and quotas per customer and account based on historical and actual performance to avoid order entry errors and balance product supply and coverage.
- Ensure the reliability of performance metrics and sales objectives, linking KPIs to commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure smooth information flow and data exchange.
- Identify opportunities based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Finance, Marketing, or Data Analysis, preferably in a Pharma Company
