Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies for our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, taking into account market trends, competition, and company financial objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze hotel performance data to inform strategic decision-making, prepare monthly reports, and monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including reservations, reception, commercial, F&B, and management, to ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide dynamic forecasts according to budget and strategy, support the preparation of the annual revenue budget, and manage the monthly forecast process.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in Revenue Management for hotels, with experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Ideas G3 Revenue Management program.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish and English.
