We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Professional to join our RHG Revenue Team, The Club; a true international community of pure talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, in order to achieve the budgeted objectives for total revenue generating points of sale. The scope includes pricing, yielding, and total revenue optimization and requires a strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue growth and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments.
- Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility.
- Analyze data from relevant systems to inform problem-solving and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and balance long-term strategic direction with short-term rate & volume optimization.
- Drive total revenue growth and achieve budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration.
- Ensure forecast accuracy.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the Hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
- Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferable.
- Valid work permit for EU required.
