About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Pricing: Understand market dynamics, monitor competitor pricing, and develop effective pricing strategies to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting: Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Deliver optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments, ensuring maximum revenue potential.
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Understand, investigate, and extract data from relevant systems to drive problem-solving and analysis, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • System Optimization: Embrace and ensure optimization of new systems and tools to maximize revenue, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and build trust.
  • Revenue Growth and Forecast Accuracy: Grow total revenue, reach budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration, and ensure forecast accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the Hospitality industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferable.
  • Work Permit: Must hold a valid work permit for EU.
